With sustainability at its core, E.ON Next wanted to understand how climate change is affecting young people.
The research was stark.
58% of Gen Z feel overwhelmed by climate pressure.
Half of psychiatrists report young patients struggling with environmental anxiety.

As an energy provider, E.ON Next recognised it had a role to play. Not only in tackling climate change, but in helping young people manage the growing emotional weight of it—a feeling now widely known as eco-anxiety.
We created a campaign that addressed eco-anxiety directly. First, by helping young people recognise and understand what they were feeling. Then, by offering practical ways to manage it.
Partnering with Acast, we launched a podcast series exploring eco-anxiety through honest conversations with hosts and experts. Alongside these, we produced guided episodes featuring meditation and sound therapy designed to reduce stress and restore calm.
