AKQA partnered with Cannes Lions to discover the next generation of global creative talent. One rule: we couldn’t hire them ourselves.
We launched the initiative with a striking poster sent to top advertising colleges worldwide, a clean competition website, a refreshed Future Lions social presence and wax-sealed invitations to Creative Directors across the industry.
The idea scaled quickly. Today, Future Lions receives thousands of entries from students in over 90 countries each year, helping launch young creatives into agencies around the world.
The logic was simple:
